Processing Time
All items at The Southern Stitchers are carefully crafted to order with meticulous attention to detail. Please allow:
- Ready-to-Ship Items: 3-5 business days
- Custom Monogrammed Items: 7-10 business days
- Rush Orders: Available upon request for an additional fee (contact us before ordering)
Processing time begins the business day after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories including Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Economy Shipping: 5-7 business days
- FREE on orders $50 and over (lower 48 states only)
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
All domestic orders include tracking and insurance.
Shipping Costs
- Orders $50 and over to the lower 48 states receive FREE Economy Shipping
- Orders under $50 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method
- Shipping surcharges apply for orders shipped to Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
- We reserve the right to add additional shipping surcharges for remote areas or addresses outside of normal carrier delivery areas
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can monitor your package's journey through the carrier's website. If you have any questions about your shipment, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. The Southern Stitchers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Delays & Issues
While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods may occur. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays. If your package appears lost or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During peak seasons (holidays, back-to-school, etc.), processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend ordering early and will post any holiday deadlines on our shop homepage and social media channels.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Please note that because our monogrammed and custom items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse. However, if there is an error on our part, we will gladly remake your item at no additional cost. Please review your personalization details carefully before submitting your order.
